الاسترجاع (Refunds)
يتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة فقط في حال وجود خطأ من طرفنا في الطلب أو وجود عيب في التصنيع.
لطلب استرجاع، يجب إبلاغنا خلال 14 يومًا من استلام المنتج.
الاستبدال (Exchanges)
إذا كان هناك خطأ في طلبك من طرفنا (مثل المقاس أو التصميم الخاطئ أو وجود مشكلة تصنيع)، فسنقوم بترتيب عملية الاستبدال وتحمّل جميع رسوم الشحن.
إذا كنت ترغب في استبدال المنتج لأي سبب آخر (مثل عدم الرضا عن التصميم أو المقاس أو اللون)، يُسمح بالاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا، ولكن ستكون رسوم الشحن على العميل.
شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وفي حالتها الأصلية، مع الحفاظ على جميع التغليفات الأصلية.
نظرًا لأن عباياتنا تُصنع حسب الطلب ووفق مقاسات العميل، فلا يمكن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال لأي أسباب أخرى غير المذكورة أعلاه.

1. Refunds
• Refunds will only be issued if we have made a mistake in your order or if there is a manufacturing defect.
• To request a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. Exchanges
• If we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong size, design, or manufacturing issue), we will arrange for an exchange and cover all shipping fees.
• If you wish to exchange an item for any other reason (e.g., you are not satisfied with the style, fit, or color), exchanges are allowed within 14 days, but you will be responsible for shipping costs.
3. Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Due to the customized nature of our abayas (tailored to customer measurements), refunds or exchanges are not possible for any other reasons outside those stated above.
